"I am so glad I chose The Social Hub Maastricht for my stay in this fantastic, beautiful city. The staff at this hotel are so engaging, friendly, helpful and personable. The main lobby is a bar and coffee shop with tables and chairs one can use for any purpose (I did a lot of blogging on my computer here) There is also a ping-pong table and a piano (which I played - it needs tuning!) "The staff was nice and professional, but they were unable to improve our experience: some things can't be fixed. In this particular case, the A/C. I was in a conference, with multiple friends/colleagues. Every room was hot! And when I say hot, I mean "open your window because it's better outside hot". Now, the hotel may tell you that it was a heat wave and they couldn't do anything. But I arrived a few days before the heat wave and it was already unbearable. I complained, they came, "fixed" it...

"We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated.
