The stairs had rope as decoration but not secure enough to use as a handrail and upstairs where the children’s room the window didn’t lock !! Choice of good pools, sunbeds always free - never booked in advance and breakfast and dinner (Italian) stunning. Staff were all fabulous. Needed an emergency ironing service for a wedding - turned around shirt and trousers in….10 minutes and they were immaculate. Only downsides? Gym a little small but equipment ok.
