Everything was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They paid attention to every detail. The ski lockers even had boot warmers. I intend to make this an annual thing.

Room was very clean and staff very nice. The only problem is the room is extremely small and closets is almost nin existent

Résidence Hôtel Rent
We arrived at 730am and requested if we can check in earlier. We were told a code will be sent to my email by 4pm but it never came. So we went back to the front desk and informed them. A very rude receptionist told my husband, it’s sent by their system and just wait. We have waited for almost 8hrs ...
