"Made reservations months in advance for deluxe room. When checking in was told I could only have a basic room because I was traveling with my service dog. Told the price would be reduced, but at check out, I was told I would need to pay for the more expensive room since I booked with Expedia. The basic room was the size of a walk in closet.
