Very nice resort like hotel, great food options, eating space, and rooms. A lot of great views from the mountain top and even from the hotel rooms with balcony's (you can see the sunrise with the mountains like Everest even from there)

Quite and peaceful

We had an amazing stay for 2 nights at the hotel . The staff were very friendly , the room was clean and it had the best view ever . The food was also good , everything about the hotel is really nice , i totally recommend it .

Staff was great, friendly and helpful

Staff here are top notch! So welcoming helpful and ready to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Gym was great to help me train for my trek. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant is fabulous and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be coming back here next time in Kathmandu!

The staff was very accommodating even at later hours of the evening! Well done!!

Close to airport and a very clean hotel, friendly staff

Very well maintained property. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue was at check-in. I had reserved a room for a half day as my flight left in the evening. I had my text message from the hotel stating it would be $50 extra which I agreed to. Lady at the desk had to see the text. Take a screen shot and make a phone call to get approval. Rest of the stay was fine.

The staff is an outstanding crew. I was absolutely in heaven when I stayed there because of the desk management and the rapid responses to anything I could possibly want. The manager ( I think named sisciel ) actually worked so hard to help me get around in a Kathmandu . Polite, patient and truly caring about my enjoyment. excellent

The Nepali culture intertwined with eminent hospitality at the Basera Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend this as the first hotel of your stay in Kathmandu, as you recover from jetlag. The streaming services on the TV will help you feel like you're at home, and there's a rooftop pool and restaurant with a complimentary cultural show so you don't have to leave the hotel to have some low-key fun and uniquely Nepali entertainment!

Helpful staff

From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area on top of the hotel lends to the best view of Boudhanath close by. The spa is wonderful. The hotel does not have a fitness center but that would...
