Welcome to our brand-new 3,670 Sq. Ft. beach home—perfect for making magical memories with family and friends! Designed with charming maritime décor, it offers a private pool for sunset views, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy living areas. With space for up to 12 guests, every detail ensures comfort and relaxation. Come enjoy an unforgettable getaway near the beautiful Florida coast—your dream beach escape awaits!

A self-check-in method with an electronic keypad.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am

★ IMPORTANT ★
• Barbecue grill is not provided.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• The entrance to the complex is gated.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair.

★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay

• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property.

Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community.

Boats are not allowed.

A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.
