"staff were lovely and helpful , being able to have breakfast in the morning was lovely , room was great perfect for what needed , unfortunately our room wasnt serviced properly two clean towels and the bin emptied still needing toilet paper , tea bags , milk , sugars to be replaced , other that great stay quirky place to stay"

"This hotel really does need to upgrade the rooms. Nice having a bath and shower but to climb over the edge of the bath to get to the shower was a bit of a stretch. Trying to get the water temperature in the shower and not burn or freeze was a challenge. The bath was old with cracks and discolouration. Was missed on housekeeping keeping for two days but they entered at 8.30pm to ask if I needed anything replacing. The first day I got housekeeping the doors in the kitchen area were left open and towels placed on the occasional table. The bed was comfy and clean. No sockets by the headboard necessitated buying an extension cord."
