Cozy Pool Paradise with **Heated-Pool In Winter Months**

Newly remodeled home has HEATED POOL (only heated In the winter months) , a master suite with private bathroom, walk in closet, and two additional beach themed rooms. You will have the entire house to yourself including the (15'x30') 7ft deep pool with patio furniture that is completely screened in. The backyard is also completely fenced in for your privacy. You can also enjoy cable TV in all the rooms along with WiFi. The property is a cozy place to relax in whether your with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, iron & ironing board, and a pack an play. There is a charcoal grill for guest use along with all grilling utensils. Washer and Dryer available for guest use. The pool is cleaned twice a week and lawn is mowed weekly. There is also ADT surveillance & security on the property for guest use with your door lock code, one camera on the doorbell, and another on the driveway. There are no cameras in the back of house by the pool for guest privacy. And let's not forget you can see the space launch from the back yard and the beach is less than 10 minutes away!! Quiet neighborhood. An older house that has been remodeled and modernized, very nice pool and well maintained. The internet is 5G, smart TV's in all bedrooms. Host is great and easy to communicate with. I give it 5 stars!

The house is nice and clean. The yard is cute and the pool well maintained. It is located in a central Melbourne with easy access to I-95, US-1, and a short drive across the causeway to the beaches. Dining options are close by as well in downtown Melbourne, a short drive to the mall, and all up and down A1A.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, locally to all the places you need or want. Beach quick drive away, plenty of spots to eat. We just wanted to relax and that we did. Beds comfortable, pool relaxing and fully adequate kitchen.

My wife and I were looking to have a weekend get away with her siblings, when we found this house! We were able to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer and even enjoy a swimming pool! The house had plenty of space and was extremely well taken care! Would stay here again!
