Poor instructions and horrible communication

Overall a nice looking place. Microwave front panel where buttons are is loose. There was supposed to be a key card left for us to use to enter the front door and gate. There was no card left for us. The wifi name provided for that network was not in any of the available networks. I messaged them 3 times and never received a reply. Will definitely never stay here again
