"The front desk people were very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. The room is spacious but a bit untidy. The housekeeping people also forgot to refill the facial tissue box. I will only stay again when the price is right!"

"We have stayed previously at this hotel and it seems the furnishings and carpets, etc could use a deeper clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We like the location with the proximity to the city centre a short drive away. Lots of construction in Melbourne going on and of course the traffic is usually busy."
