"We stayed at the hotel part and its a little run down upstairs carpet is tore and a safety hazard and all round outside is dirty. Needs a really good cleaning outside and maintenance done. It's quite and the views of the river are beautiful."

"The lady for check in was great. However we got there with my 11 month old after 2pm for check in and our room was not ready. The bathroom had caulking done on it but was moldy, the shower head was barely higher than me and I’m 5’4 and my husband is 6’2. I refused to put my baby in there for a shower with the issues. They said they couldn’t check us in earlier because they had one house keeper and wanted time to cool the room as well. Our room was super hot with the ac off. Not ideal for an...

"THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I JUST ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD TAP TO PAY AND COULD USE MY PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT SO I HAD TO REBOOK THE ROOM PAY ONLINE THEN IT WORKED. THEN THEY UPGRADED ME TO A NICER ROOM FOR THE HASSLE.
