"We love our stay at the Fellows house, staff was super helpful & polite and dinner & breakfast were absolutely wonderful. The only thing we would say is that the electric car chargers in their car park were not working - although the Hotel tried contacting providers - it was inconvenient as we were banking on charging over night there. However, the outstanding aspect of the hotel was the wonderful staff. Every person we dealt with from the receptionists, to the barmen, to the housekeeper delivered perfect customer service.
