"Never have I ever stayed in a room where I could climb out the window to enjoy a balcony overlooking the street! In a rocking chair to boot! This is a gorgeous historic building and it is beautiful inside. Staff was helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the cold bottles of water available all day in the lobby. Happy hour in the afternoon and complimentary full breakfast in the morning that was so lovely. I only wish we could have stayed longer in the area. Savannah is beautiful. "

"Staff was friendly easy to get along with. I came from out of town on Amtrak. Amtrak was having delays on service due to mechanical problems with one of the trains blocking the tracks in south Florida. Had a 6 and half hour delay get to the hotel. I was marked no show .between Expedia and hotel staff was able still get my room . Everything worked out great."
