"The location is great but we had a car, and the closest 24 hour lot is an 8 minute walk with luggage and pricey even with discount. Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. The apartment itself was clean with the huge exception of a wall of mildew in the shower and a broken toilet seat. The mildew was communicated to the owner, who did not reply. "Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets. "Het appartement was schoon en de bedden waren goed. Voldoende handdoeken, beddengoed. Het nadeel was echter dat er geen scherpe snijmessen waren om te koken, zoals een broodmes. De verhuurder wilde dit ook niet verstrekken. Een ander nadeel is dat het appartement aan een drukke weg ligt. Zelfs met de ramen dicht hoor je 24 uur lawaai. Ik heb met oordopjes moeten slapen. Daardoor niet een uitgerust vakantiegevoel. De woonkamer heeft geen ramen, dus ventileren is niet mogelijk. Verder zijn de...

"The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"Great little apartment, the beds are up stairs on a loft so, you must be limber. Everything we needed was supplied to us by a very nice host. Location is great, we walked everywhere. I think it is central to both train stations but, we stoped at Bringnole station. The noise that the host warns you about is no joke , there a numerous night clubs right outside your room. These nightclubs make noise until 3am. If you can not deal with ear plugs as the only way to sleep then do not rent this...

"Property was exactly like the pictures, and the property owners were very helpful when we had questions. The property itself is on a very busy alley with lots of noisy locals late into the night but the building itself is very secure."
