Graziosa casa vacanza, tipo villetta, disposta su due livelli a San Foca e distante 550 metri dal mare, dalle spiagge sabbiose e dal centro.
La sistemazione vanta uno spazio sul davanti con tenda parasole che permette di allestire con tavolo e sedie una zona pranzo all'aperto. Mentre sul retro lo spazio esterno è molto più ampio, è dotato di pilozza e lavatrice. Parte del cortile retrostante è coperto da una gronda in legno, è arredato con tavolo e sedie per consumare i pasti comodamente all'ombra ed affaccia a sua volta sulla Strada Provinciale 366, da cui si può accedere nella proprietà e parcheggiare comodamente l'auto.

Gli spazi sono abbastanza ampi da porter accogliere comodamente fino a cinque persone.

Il piano terra è composto da un soggiorno con zona pranzo, TV a schermo piatto ed un divano, oltre un divano letto da una piazza e mezza, cucinotto con angolo cottura e frigo con congelatore ed un bagno di servizio con bidet. Il box doccia del piano terra è coperto e ben protetto, è attiguo al bagno di servizio ma esterno, posto tra la porta di uscita nel cortile e il cortile stesso.

Al piano superiore si trova la zona notte, con due camere da letto matrimoniali, un bagno completo di bidet e doccia, due balconi, uno per ciascun lato dell'abitazione, con porte e finestre protetti da zanzariere.

La soluzione è dotata di tre climatizzatori, di cui due sono posti in ciascuna camera da letto al piano superiore e il terzo nella zona pranzo e soggiorno del piano terra.
