"Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them"

The house is kept clean and we even paid a little extra for food to be cooked for us. Vivian, the caretaker, was very efficient in the service.
