We loved the private courtyard and also the big master bedroom with huge windows to throw open for the view of the bustle below. "A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. The apartment itself is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, hairdryer, bbq crockery Ian’s cutlery) and there wasn’t anything that we needed to ask...

"The property is dripping with charm inside and out. The views are magnificent and the hot tub is an added treat. The owners are very involved and helpful. There is a lot of attention to detail. The location was ideal to tour this side of Sicily ."

"Villa Emma is just as described, beautiful!! The house was perfect and the pool was our favorite hang out spot. It is nestled among 4,000 orange trees with a view of the sea and Mt Aetna. The location made it very easy to see sites. Would recommend and can’t wait to bring my kids back!!!"

"There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). Always lock all doors when you leave the premise as the garden and terrace were publicly accessible from the outside. Old and worn furniture, some...

"Our stay at the Villa Bougainvillea was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The home is so lovely and quiet and comforting. We enjoyed the pool and dining in the garden. "We so enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return. The place was well-located and well-furnished and it was perfect for 5-6 adults plus a couple of kids (we didn’t have any of those with us, but the bunk bed room looked perfect). The host was very responsive to a couple requests we had and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice villa in Taormina!"

"A very interesting villa and we really enjoyed our short stay. Taxi took us right to the door. Check in was simple and communication with Nadia was excellent. Air conditioning excellent and necessary given the temperature levels. View from the rooftop terrace is spectacular. Minor improvements would be some instructions re kitchen appliances etc."

"The villa was beautiful and very clean , the host Daniela was kind and sweet, showed us the best places to go for good food also surprised us with a home made eggplant parmigiana and a bowl of fresh fruits. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have quiet but at the same time be close to the beach and restaurants."

"This past visit July 2025 will mark our third consecutive summer stay at this gem of a hotel. We continue to enjoy the spacious accommodations and friendly staff. Like a sightly faded beauty, this 50 something year old hotel certainly can use an update , and we have been advised that is in progress. However you cannot beat the spaciousness and slightly faded grandeur of this beautiful property. The hotel is situated on what I believe to be one the ‘most’ gorgeous and picturesque of the entire Taormina area. The private grotto beach and pool areas are spectacular as is the view of Mount Etna from the buffet breakfast terrace. "

"Amazing hotel with amazing views. Best pool breakfast above and beyond It’s right near the bus stop so you can actually catch the bus or one euro from the train station which we did not know a very simple location. Easy to walk to the centre. The staff were incredible. Will definitely return "
