Very clean , good atmosphere in restaurant and bar with lots of Spanish sitting on outside tables . Didn’t eat here so couldn’t comment on food . Room very clean with a good shower and everything you need . Comfortable bed . View not great ( a wall ) but no problem . Ideally located on Camino and a great place to lay your head and recharge . I would recommend.

Llegamos y nuestro cuarto de baño estaba cerrado, la recepcionista que era la única que estaba, no supo qué hacer, me preguntó que si yo no traía algo para abrir????? Le dije que fuera con los de intendencia y me dijo que no había nadie que ella estaba de recepcionista y a la vez de mesera. Afortunadamente llegó mi hijo y solucionó el problema. Creo que España en sí, no está preparada para recibir turismo, les falta mucho aún que aprender sobre atención al cliente. Deben tener personal suficiente y capacitado para atender las necesidades básicas como está.

They only have do it yourself laundry 4 euro to wash, 4 euro to dry. This level hotel should offer laundry service. I asked where I could get a coffee in their restaurant area and I was yelled at and told to go next door. Most hotels at this level at least offer automatic machines i. the lobby for their guests. The small coffee maker in the room did not work either. We paid top dollar for breakfast and not all items were out on time. Room’s air conditioning did not work well. Just average at best overall. They should not have Lux in their name.

Very happy with this hotel. We chose it as it’s close to the Camino. Location is very central in Melide. We had a wonderfully big room which was beautifully decorated and modern with nice touches. Bed was nice and big. Great shower and big jet bath on our room. Downstairs was a washer/drier (€8 for a wash and tumble dry) which was very useful as we are half way through our Camino walk. Reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend, especially to anyone walking the Camino! Also we recommend going to A Garnacha - the local octopus restaurant, which was a great find.

Incredible staying!!! The hotel is very clean, very quiet, it gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your sleep. The receptionist Antonio is very professional and he speak fluently English, that’s a plus if you don’t speak Spanish 😅
