"The girl at front was super helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and quiet but very dark due to not enough light. Water temperature is tricky as hot water is super hot. You need to learn to get the right amount of hot and cold water. Shower door closed beers only half as most European showers are. Water pressure is super strong and the entire floor gets wet in the bathroom. No facial tissue box 😒"

"Noise , unfortunately the hotel was incredibly noisy until 5am due to a school party! This is not the first time this has been a big problem. At 6am the cleaners started and it felt like they were actually in my room. I have stayed at the Arion several times before in the past few years and not had a problem but this year it is unacceptable. Such a shame."

"Amazing experience. The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind and spoke decent English. We will be back for sure. The fire alarm went off once which was weird. The food was all 4/5 really good. The bed and sheets and blankets and towels were all plush. The Jacuzzi was nice. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! $25euro per person and well worth it! Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but looked really nice. Restaurants- we went in early May and two of the restaurants were closed so we ate at 1962, Antonio’s, and Raw Asian food. All the food was great and service wonderful. Not Michelin star but it will be at some point if they keep at it, just lacking prefixed menus and server food knowledge. But the service was great nonetheless less. Raw sushi - Reasonably priced, Raw sushi was great, small selection menu though. We tried two apps one being the duck confeit salad which was absolutely 10/10 amazing. All the sushi was good but I have had better. Antonio’s-Italian Was really good. The fish of the day was 10/10 fabulous. The linguini and shrimp was 7/10. Ice cream was killer. Greek wines good. 1962 breakfast- variety’s amazing. Omelets to order and decent but go for everything else. Room service was prompt and food great."

"The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable. The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was: NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm). NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house. NO free room upgrade. This was followed by 3 fake information: There is no earlier email from reservation department of Domes Hotel that would ‘try their utmost to upgrade me for my 30th anniversary’ Hotel is 100% sold out for Saturday 2 May 2026. The reservation manager was in a meeting at 9:40am on Sunday 3 May 2027 (probably late for work?). So the total number of hours I was at Domes was 39 hours, of which 20 were sleeping. Of the remaining 19 hours, I spent at least 2 hours waiting for any and every different staff of reception to inform me whether or not I ‘could’ change from the sewerage smelling room they gave me the night before. At first, the response was wait and let me get maintenance to have a look (as if this was a new and sudden problem when in reality, it was sewerage pipes build horizontally instead of at a slant inside the floors from the date the hotel was built). This pre existing problem should have been known to the team at reception and yet they intentionally stuck me in the smelly room for 1 night. This all happened on my only full day in Corfu. No member of reception staff was effective. "

"Lovely location and staff were all very helpful (Maria at reception was so friendly and welcoming) interior in hallways and stairs is dated but clean. Second stay here and would come back again. Very peaceful and beautiful spot."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, couldn’t fault anything. Reception staff were fantastic, check in was very smooth with a welcome beverage, room was immaculate, the minibar was well stocked and restocked often, great entertainment with live music, super friendly staff and they were all so polite and attentive. Christos at the bar has to have a special mention for making me feel very welcome and comfortable from my first day until I left, which was great as I was solo travelling. Lovely Champaign and cake brought to my room for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious with a very wide selection. I didn’t get to try the Greek restaurant but the Japanese restaurant was lush. The animation team were really great and super friendly. Had a lovely massage at the spa, which was very relaxing. The hotel arranged a taxi to take me around the town for a few hours and the driver was so lovely and I had a wonderful time. I honestly could go on and I hope I haven’t missed anything. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and was sad to leave. I will definitely visit again. A big thank you to all for a wonderful few days in Corfu 😊"
