"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a big disappointment. From the moment you walk in, there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby. The chairs look dirty, as if people were standing on them, and the carpets are stained. The walls—especially near the elevators—are visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself also had a bad smell and did not feel clean at all. What’s frustrating is that the hotel actually has potential—it seems relatively new—but it’s clearly not being managed or maintained properly. Overall, this was not an acceptable experience and I would not stay here again."

"Right from the start, at the airport, this was a good experience - the free airport shuttle bus is excellent and easy to access once you locate the stop to catch the bus. the food lovely if not a little too much food served and a little expensive but good to have the service, Continental breakfast perfect."

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"There was supossed to be an airport shuttle and they never answered their phone, nor our messages. We had to take a taxi, when the reason for staying there was the shuttle."
