"We arrived to find a room with no blanket on the bed (on a cold and rainy January evening) only to find one folded in the closet. When I mentioned it to the woman in reception she didn't seem bothered by the fact that we needed to make our own bed Then we discovered there was no toilet paper its dispenser in the bathroom. Fortunately we found one in one of the drawers. There was no waste basket in the room and the shower head/pole was broken so you couldn't adjust it to the proper height Breakfast was far from satisfactory (one type of cheese, limited selection of breads...), especially for a 4 stat hotel"
