We enjoyed the hotel because it was only a few steps from the stairs to the Stift Melk. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and our server. The people there could not have been more helpful.

This hotel is clean and cozy and perfectly situated to visit old town in Melk, including the abbey. So fun to step out the door onto a charming street full of cafes and shops. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the free breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic! I appreciate that the windows in the rooms open fully and also the fun little jars of candy at the checkout desk and restaurant for guests to sample. Tasty!

Good hotel location with parking.

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel room was fine with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was average. I can hear people through the walls so it's not great for light sleepers. The location is excellent and lots of free parking.
