"We were so delighted with the location and the welcome. And so lovely to have a spacious open plan living space with all kitchen equipment and everything to make eating and resting at home cosy and easy. Lots of spaces to relax indoors and out and we loved the hammock! If you love stars you can escape light pollution here and star gaze to your heart’s content! There are so many amazing places to visit from here within 20-40 min drive. And great shops and vet if you travel from UK with a dog just...

"we chose this cottage for the second year and it did not dissapoint.the beautiful area is surpassed by the well kept grounds and cottage. Our son,daughter in-law and grandson were meant to stay with us but work commitments meant they were unable to make the trip. A great holiday cottage to base oneself, congratulations to Chris and Mike who tend to the cottage and to Jamie the owner. Many thanks Viv and Nesta."

"Have stayed here before and would stay again. However, I hadn’t realised it’s three hotels in one, last time I was in the main hotel, this time I was in a studio round the back. Not an issue just hadn’t realised. Breakfast pretty basic stuff but ok and meets the need. Dinner in restaurant very good. "
