"The apartment itself is average. There are a few TLC issues: cupboard doors broken, bedside table cracked, uncomfortable sofa, broken freezer etc. The floor could do with a good clean. The entrance is down a dirty alleyway where the restaurants keep their bins. You need a code to enter the property every time, there is no key. I messaged the company to say the WiFi and TV were not working and received a standard reply to thank me for my feedback but no help. The apartment is a very good size,...

"Bedsheets and towels needed to be brought at the laundromat, for which we paid extra ofcourse. We spend 1 full day cleaning and washing all the stuff. It stank, was full of stains and the apartment was dusty. No fire alarms anymore, the emergency stairs was not reachable and there were like 7 big stairs before you could enter the apartment. We lost 1 full day to clean the apartment and the towels / stinky bedsheets. The location of the apartment was the best thing. We will never choose...

They were not upfront about the variance in accommodation - it was only after I asked that they said instead of a 2-bedroom, we would be getting a 1-bedroom (for 4 people). "Got to the property, didnt receive the apartment number,had to ask,didnt receive wifi code,had to ask.This apartment is so small,even for 1 person,cooking was a nightmare. Bed just fits into the bedroom, crammed againt the wall. Worst part was the rotting fish in the tiny freezer, the smell was unbelievable. Took nearly 3 days for the smell to subside.When i informed the host all he could say was sorry!!!!!Wifi went off after 3 days,not informed about it,had to ask again why!!I would never stay...
