Lovely home away from home
We had a very comfortable stay in Brook House - home away from home. Comfortable beds, lots of space, including a secure garden for our dog to roam around in. The house was well equipped and had great wifi. The area is beautiful with lots of things to do not very far away at all - and lots of wildlife on the doorstep.

Disappointed
The bedrooms and shower room/bathroom basic but clean and warm - lounge adequate - kitchen and laundry room altho appliances reasonably new both these rooms are in desperate need of bringing up to date, particularly the floor in kitchen. Also don’t expect a warm welcome as owner of property re-emphasises the need to keep your pet off furniture etc in a not too pleasant way and your welcome pack is a bag of crisps, small loaf box of Maltesers and three dishwasher tablets?

Late Summer visit 2021
A lovely property with a good layout and ideal for us with our dogs. The home had a lovely amount of light due to the amount of windows and therefore lovely views from the front of the house. The secure garden and off road parking was perfect.
The property was also very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable with nice quality and conditioned linen.

Lovely Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brook House. We found it very peaceful, comfortable and well equipped, and the enclosed garden was ideal for our dogs. It very definitely deserves a '4' rating level, and would have been '5' but for a few cleanliness issues, such as some dirty cutlery, plates and glasses and a blocked shower tray in the en-suite. The surrounding area is gorgeous and we had a lovely holiday.

First trip to north Norfolk
Brook House was everything we had hoped it would be. Perfect for four adults with two dogs. Facilities were excellent and so comfortable it was like home from home, yet quieter. The wildlife and birds visiting the secure garden and sunflower field across the lane made a perfect setting. The information provided ensured we found perfect places to visit, buy food and shop. Hopefully we'll have another opportunity to stay here and continue exploring this brilliant part of the UK.

Lovely place to stay!
Spent a lovely week in Brook cottage. Absolutely loved the peace and tranquility. Lovely comfortable cottage, well equipped. Only thing we'd suggest is maybe a wardrobe or two to hang the clothes from, as the clothes ladders didn't really suffice.
Dog friendly, although dogs not allowed upstairs which was tricky for us having a blind dog.
Lovely to sit out in the morning and enjoy breakfast or a cuppa in absoloute peace.

Large house with beautiful garden in a very quiet location
Brook House is an older property, the upstairs is brighter and airier than downstairs. Lovely views across fields from main bedroom, nice en-suite. Light not working in 3rd bedroom, charger not working in second bedroom. Lovely bbq area outside with plenty of seating, great garden for kids and dogs. The window frames need to be cleaned in the kitchen. Kitchen could do with a revamp. Great coffee machine. Nice to have a large washing machine and tumble drier.

Fabulous house in gorgeous quiet secluded location
Brook house is located down a small lane/track which only has around 6 houses down it, so the area was lovely and quiet in the countryside . The main 2 bedrooms over look fields with plenty of wildlife. The house has everything you’d need (except an iron but wasn’t necessary anyway). The beds were comfy , Netflix on the tv, plenty of logs for the wood burner . The house is decorated to a high standard and the garden was huge. It’s location was perfect as an ideal base - wells by the sea was 30 mins away, Norwich was 45 mins , the broads - Wroxham 45mins & Horning was beautiful 40 mins, holkham 30 mins etc. Plenty of nice takeaways near by if you don’t want to cook. I’d definitely stay again , a holiday memory I’ll treasure for life.
