"Part of the ground floor was flooded before I moved in, and unfortunately, I was placed near the flooded section. The industrial fans running overnight in the hallway for drying the carpet were loud and I could barely sleep. Not happy about the experience and the resolution, a 10% off. This could be a nice stay if you check in on a good day, though not in my case - the neighborhood is quiet and the interior of the room is tidy - but the hotel might not have adequate measurements to keep you intact when there is a thunderstorm."

"I loved the staff; they were great and super helpful, especially Ms.Lesilie. However, the room I stayed in wasn't the cleanest. The shower curtain was brown and had little black stains on it, as if bugs had been smashed on it. The bed sheets had red staining on them, so I got new ones. Overall, I loved the time spent here. I just wish it were cleaner. "

"The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel."

"When I first pulled up to the hotel I thought I had made a mistake. It does not have curb appeal and I wasn't even sure it was open. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby and saw how well lit and nice it looked. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. My room was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay there again. "

"Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed."

"This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter"
