Escape to a romantic getaway for two! This cabin is tucked into a quiet woods just 3.5 miles from Mena, AR, on a paved road. The open floor plan invites you to cozy up by the gas-log fireplace, cook a meal, or snuggle in bed.
The queen size canopy bed is on the ground floor while 2 twin beds are tucked upstairs in an open loft.
The quaint kitchen has a cooktop and full-size refrigerator along with other typical amenities.
Relax in the large two-person jacuzzi tub after a long day on the trails. A separate shower is also available.
The living room provides a nice place to watch a movie (DVDs provided), read a book, or work on your laptop. In a separate sitting room, equipped with a queen size, Lazy Boy sleeper sofa, is the perfect place to play a game or just sit and visit.
Outside you will find a medium size deck with table and chairs for sitting under the stars on fall nights. A small yard, grill, fire pit, and picnic table are perfect for summer vacations.
Sleeps 6, 1 Queen size bed, 1 Queen size Pull-Out Sofa, 2 Twin size beds in loft (Price includes 2 guests, each additional guest $10) $50 pet fee per pet, per stay up to two pets.

Wonderful little cabin

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. All the linens and dishes were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Tanya was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place

Was very relaxing and quiet, while I prefer more space outdoors when I go to the "woods", the cabin is very nice and comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful!

Cozy but moldy and musty.

Pros: The cabin was very well outfitted and conveniently located. It’s on the edge of the woods as stated giving it a somewhat private feel. Gas fireplace with a remote was a plus. Cons: We were almost overwhelmed with the musty smell when we entered. There has active black mold on the plywood along the ridge. It felt damp and combined with the smell made for an unpleasant stay. Both the front and back steps are rotted and did not feel safe.

Perfect little getaway

There were many little things about this place that made it worth the stay from the visit from the owner to give us a tour once we arrived to all the little notes that explained how to work the lamps and where to find items needed.

Terrific place

Loved everything about this place ! The beds were comfy and the fireplace was terrific and the couch was comfy ! The tub with jets was amazing ! The host was very responsive and very quick to reply back and was awesome also. When I come back to Mena someday , I know where I will be booking to stay again !

Cute little cabin

Cute little cabin was nice and clean, absolutely loved the old record player made for a great touch to the cabin, forgot my shampoo and conditioner and there was some in the bathroom for us was a relief to find! Very friendly owner! Wonderful experience.

Best Cabin Ever!

We had the greatest time being in this cabin for the eclipse. It’s cozy and quaint. It has many accommodations. It’s right next to the US Forest ATV Trails for off road vehicles. We even got to barbecue nice steaks. We will be back!

Nice Hideaway in the Woods

Really cute place to stay, surrounded by trees. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and quite clean, with the kitchen having what we needed for an overnight stay. Although we would have liked to sit on the back porch, it was not too clean. Despite that factor, we very much enjoyed the stay. It was a bit difficult to locate the property due to being set back in the trees, however, if you pay attention to the written directions, it should be easier to find.

Quick Mommys' retreat

My best friend and i needed a quiet place to unwind and just relax without being needed and overstimulated. This was the most perfect getaway. Secluded but not too remote as there is multiple restaurants and stores within driving distance. We'll definitely come back.

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed the cabin very much. If it would’ve been warmer weather, I’m sure we would’ve had some fires in the fire ring. It was a little challenge to find but after that everything went very smoothly. Cute place. Thanks.

We loved it!

We (three sisters) loved it! Our little cabin in the woods made us feel like we were in the middle of nowhere, but we were just minutes from Mena. The place is so cute and cozy, well appointed and clean. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The best part is Carolyn. She went way above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She was there to welcome us and made sure she was just a phone call away if we needed anything. She also promptly mailed my phone charger that I’d forgotten. I’d be happy to recommend both the lovely cabin and innkeeper to anyone visiting Mena.

The place was hard to find & close to a lot of properties, once I did find it I found out I didn’t even receive the code to get into. I spent the money for a place I couldn’t even stay at , & I tried reaching out to the host didn’t get a response.

Mediocre Stay

On the positive side: Pretty view of woods from windows, beds are very comfortable, water pressure and water temperature of shower is good; foosball set is fun, cabin is located near Mena. On the negative side: We had no communication with property manager, despite sending 2 messages. Back door lock is flimsy and should have a dead bolt; guidebook is outdated and we had to (for example)figure out the heating/Ac system (b/c there are various units) etc. ; front porch steps and rails are rickety and could use an outside entrance light; shower is EXTREMELY small. Pictures on line of back yard area is misleading. No outdoor strings of lights and from the back porch part of the view is of the RVs parked next door. The TV does not work because the Internet is sporadic. Installation of a booster would be helpful
