This property was beautiful and right on the lake. The location was very convenient to the ferry and the local square. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety of choices.

The Bellavista Hotel is right at the water's edge of Lake Como. The room was nicely appointed and had a balcony that overlooked the lake. I loved staying at the Bellavista and would recommend it. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was well worth the cost.

Hotel Bellavista was a fantastic Lake Como stay! We had a room with the small balcony option and the views did not disappoint! The hotel and rooms were clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The hotel is right on a bus stop and about a three minute walk from the ferry stop. It was also a two minute walk from a beautiful little plaza with great food options. We loved staying here!

Wow, wow, wow! Having a room with a lakeside view is a must. You will not believe your eyes or be able to tear yourself away from your room balcony! Such a lovely hotel with warm, friendly staff. Located in a perfect spot that is only a short walk to the main piazza in one direction and the ferry port in the other. Equipped with an outdoor pool and a lakeside restaurant, it’s got everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and airy. The only downside is that the shower is tiny! The breakfast was simple but offered enough to set you up for the day.

The location is perfect , city centre, close to everything lots of restaurants around ,the view is unbelievable heaven on earth . i wish i took an open balcony on 2nd or 3rd floor so you can sit down and see everything ..my room was on the 4th floor and the balcony was not open other than that everything was perfect.I am in love with lake Como .

Great location with every room overlooking the water. We had a balcony which was great to watch the sunset and have a drink. The ferry wax nearby as was a bus stop. The staff were mostly friendly but unfortunately we encountered a rude staff member at the restaurant and did not go back.

5 star stay at Bellavista

The staff at Bellavista are amazing, attentive and friendly. There is a great variety at breakfast with the best view. The pool and bar on Lake Como's waterfront makes a great day for relaxing and admiring the views. Only problem I had in the room was one of the shower heads was broken. Luckily there was another one to use but would have been perfect if both worked.

First off, communication from the property prior to arrival was great. Upon arrival, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient and they quickly guided us to our room. The room was fantastic, the view over Lake Como was briliant. I will say the floor was a bit creaky, but I suppose that's character :) The Concierge was a gent, he quickly directed us to the hotel parking (underground and very secure, although it is tight) and also helped with our luggage. Top man! Would definately stay at this hotel again. Thanks again to the staff there.
