Perched on a scenic hillside overlooking the Central Lake, this stylish lake-view duplex offers a relaxing retreat just 6 minutes’ drive from the centre of Menaggio. With a private outdoor pool, sunny terraces, and contemporary interiors, the WiFi-enabled home provides a comfortable year-round escape for families or groups seeking space, privacy, and beautiful views across Lake Como.

The property features bright, open-plan living spaces designed for relaxation and easy entertaining. A modern kitchen with dining area leads down a few steps to a spacious lake-view living room furnished with a comfortable sofa suite, flat-screen SAT TV, music system, and direct terrace access. A separate lower-ground-floor TV and movie room with a large screen and entertainment system offers an additional lounge space and also includes garden access.

Sleeping
The duplex accommodates up to 9 guests across three lake-view bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the TV room. Bedroom 1 features a double bed. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed with wardrobe, ideal for children. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed with terrace access and wardrobe. A double sofa bed in the lower-ground-floor TV room provides additional sleeping space.

Bathrooms
The property offers three modern bathrooms fitted with showers, wash basins, WCs, heated towel racks, and bidets.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and tableware. Guests can dine indoors or enjoy meals outside on the sunny lake-view terrace, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining.

Additional amenities include WiFi, air-conditioning, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and clothes horse.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a sunny lawn and a covered poolside terrace. The private outdoor swimming pool (unheated) is surrounded by six sun loungers, offering a wonderful space to relax while taking in the lake views.

A private garage for two cars is provided. Due to the hillside location, a car is recommended.

The property enjoys a convenient location close to hiking routes, agriturismo restaurants, and leisure facilities such as the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club and Loveno Tennis Club. The lakeside centre of Menaggio, with its shops, restaurants, ferry links, and scenic promenade, is just a short drive away.

From here, visitors can easily explore the famous Central Lake destinations including Bellagio and Varenna, as well as historic villas such as Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello. Outdoor activities including lake swimming at Lido di Menaggio, hiking, boating, and water sports can also be enjoyed nearby.

Nicht buchen! Das ist unsere Empfehlung. Die Villa Bianca ist ein sehr abgerocktes und heruntergekommenes Haus. Ein paar Beispiele:-Defekter und herunterhängender Sonnenschutz Vorhänge-Schimmel, nasse Wände, dreckiges Sofa-Nur 3 statt 4 Bäder-Pool 1/3 gefüllt mit dreckigem Wasser (am 6.10, bei 23 Grad)-Defekter Geschirrspüler-Alte und dreckige Töpfe und Pfannen-mehr als 50 % der Lichtquellen/Spots funktionieren nicht-CD Anlage (!) ohne Funktion und mit offenen KabelnWunderschön ist dagegen die Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Die alleine hätte 5 Sterne verdient.

Not as advertised big disappointment

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home during our stay in beautiful Lake Como. Unfortunately, while the view was amazing, the experience with the rental left much to be desired. When we arrived, we had difficulty accessing the home via the garage as directed due to the instructions being out of date; the remote controls for the gate and garage is NOT black, but is green and grey. Once we finally entered the home, there was no power. Secondly, there were no instructions left in the home with instructions regarding how to work the window blinds, the lights, the ac, WiFi etc; this would have been helpful as it took us the first hour to figure out how to work the window blinds, the lights etc. The AC was not in working order in all rooms but one, which was extremely disappointing as Europe was going through a heat wave as we were visiting and it made our stay much less comfortable than we would have hoped. We contacted the property management company as well as the owner, George to explain our troubles, no one came to fix. No water pressure, dryer did not work, pool deck dangerous and falling apart, no lighter or matches in home for gas stove and no amenities for families staying such as salt, pepper, or other basics. The cost advertised was lower than what was actually charged by management company. View was the only positive.

Heed the warnings!!!

I read all of the reviews before booking this property and reached out to the host, letting them know that I was going to give them a chance and that I truly hope that they had addressed all the issues so that I can give them a better rating. They basically ignored me.It is really unfortunate because the house and location is actually quite lovely. But it was still dirty upon arrival, stains all over the couch and mattresses, broken lawn furniture, barely enough towels for our family of nine and using any kind of appliance was either broken or poorly functioned. They give you zero supplies like toilet paper or paper towels or any cleaning supplies so we had to go out and buy our own and clean the house ourselves. The showers either didn’t work at all or when they did, it would only be cold water. Power went out several times which disrupted sleep when it was so hot while we were there definitely needed the fans to sleep and the AC unit didn’t work in one of the rooms. Bathroom fixtures, shelves, shower doors, sinks were either poorly installed, broken or not there. It needs to be said that you absolutely have to have a car to get around at this property because there’s no way you can walk the narrow winding road down. We had to take several taxis (expensive). I think the only positive is the view and the pool. Although there was a creepy guy living upstairs, that would watch us. This will be their first and last time I ever give a property the benefit of the doubt.

Tres dommage

Tres gros potentiel de la maison, mais malheureusement tres dénigré. La maison est sale, la clim est fonctionne seulement dans une chambre, le canapé a pleins de taches... Wc cassé, pas de pressions dans les douches, leau qui coupe dun coup, ... coupure d'électricité...

A very disappointing stay

The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. It was very dirty with the previous guest drinks glasses and cigarette stubs and vapes left by the pool. The hob won't light so we couldn't use this. The shower is filthy and the bedroom furniture is so old and cracking that they had to drape a sheet to stop the bits all falling into the bed. We contacted the agents who said they would come and fix things then didn't turn up, despite us contacting again. You are not able to walk into the town as there is no path and the roads are very dangerous. It is a very very overpriced villa in bed of serious need of update. We will be applying for some money back from this awful stay.

Lovely pool and view

I was pretty worried about staying here after reading reviews on here and elsewhere. If you want a villa with a lovely pool and an amazing view, then you’ve got one. There is quite a bit wrong with it though: wifi was dodgy, aircon didn’t work in several rooms, doors are hard to open and glass door was smashed, pool lights didn’t work, one shower drain was blocked, another shower didn’t work properly. We had a post cut but the company that owns it were really helpful. It’s far from perfect but we still had a great stay.

Villa Bianca

The house was very dirty, spider webs everywhere. The furniture was dirty, outdated and cracked. Nothing looked like the pictures. The power went off a couple of times. Hosts were hard to get ahold of and didnt help with transportation. The wifi was not working at first. None of the A/Cs were working. Dirty sheets, claimed house was close to the port but it is not walkable, specially with bags. Overall bad experience. Do not recommend.

Belle villa et bel emplacement. Annoncé pour 11 personnes mais limite pour 11 adultes. Manque d'équipement pour ce nombre de personnes (vaisselle, pas de grande table, etc) Manque de propreté (canapé, sols sales, mobilier abimé) et de place de stationnement.

La calefacción no funcionaba, la tele tampoco hemos podido utilizarla por no saberla poner en marcha. Utensilios de la cocina tener más variedad y más nuevas. Tener mantas si tenenos frío, el mando del garaje no funciona muy bien. Pero por lo general bien.

Kaunis näköala mutta epäsiisti huoneisto

Valitettavasti emme voi suositella kohdetta sen epäsiisteyden ja rikkinäisten tavaroiden ja huonekalujen takia. (rikkinäisiä tavaroita myös terassilla sekä allas-alueella) Tullessamme kohteeseen oli vastassa likaa niin nurkissa, lattioissa, kaapeissa, kuin keittiötarvikkeissakin. Tiloja ei oltu nähtävästi siivottu pitkiin aikoihin tai ainakaan kunnolla. Huoneistossa ja huonekaluissa näkyi kuluminen ja monet kohdat huoneistossa olivat jopa rikki. Keittiön astioissa ja tarvikkeissa oli puutteita ja jotkut astiat olivat myös rikkinäisiä. Siivousvälineitä piti ensi töikseen käydä ostamassa, mikä tuntui käsittämättömältä, sillä siivouksen pitäisi olla jonkun muun kuin asiakkaan vastuulla. Kylpyhuoneiden yleinen siisteys oli kehnompaa kuin monessa yleisessä wc:ssä. Pinnat olivat likaiset ja nurkissa/saumoissa epämääräistä likaa ja hometta. Uima-altaasta oli irronnut paljon laattoja, mikä teki altaasta epäsiistin näköisen. Parin ensimmäisen lomapäivän aikana altaassa pystyi uimaan, mutta loppuviikosta vesi muuttui yllättäen niin sameaksi, ettei sitä uskaltanut käyttää. Palautteeseemme ja toiveisiimme ei vastattu loman aikana yhteydenotosta huolimatta eikä sen jälkeenkään. Ennen lomaa kommunikointi sujui kuitenkin hyvin. Näkymä järvelle oli hieno ja autotalli helpotti matkalaisten elämää. Talo tarjosi tilaa isolle seurueelle. Lastenhuone oli kivasti kalustettu. Terassialue myös toimiva, jos kalusteet olisivat vielä paremmin huollettuja.

Amazing View

The view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only issue was ants in the kitchen, but we enjoyed the view and pool so much it didn't deter us from having a good time.

We hebben genoten, huisje was schoon en groot. Prachtig uitzicht over lake Como, bergen zijn elke dag anders met zon/wolken etc. Contact met agency was goed.

Beautiful view

The neighbourhood and surrounding area is amazing. The communication with the agency was first class. The communal areas, kitchen, lounge and garden and terrace is lovely but unfortunately some bedrooms need upgrading. One of the bedrooms has no door also in another bedroom the leather headboard is flaking, and a leak from the air conditioning unit. The swimming pool is freezing and could do with being heated. There is a lovely fireplace in the lounge but we couldn't figure out how to switch it on! Still we had a great holiday, this is our second time returning to Lake Como!

Ferieboligen, havde flere mangler, som vi dog godt kunne se igennem finger med, det største problem var dog parkering, vi var 3 biler og der var kun 2 pladser, naboer var tydligt utilfredse, og vi måtte kæmpe en kamp hele ugen pga. parkering, ikke noget man gider at bruge sin ferie på...……… undrer mig at der er 11 sovepladser i huset med kun 2 parkeringspladser, så skal de godt nok presse sig sammen i 2 biler, der er også skrevet der er 4 badeværelser vi fandt dog kun 3 ikke et hus vi vil leje igen, men en dejlig by Menaggio og omegn, rengøringen af hus var ikke okay, natbords skuffe var fuld af ispinde og papir, da vi ankom Mvh Bjarne Olesen
