Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer. I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc.

From the welcome at check in to the breakfast next day, everything was fantastic. Nice sized Room amd Large bathroom with Corner Bath and Large Shower over. Our stay was short but no complaints, would recommend.

Spacious room, big comfortable bed. Toiletries provided. Great buzz in bar downstairs, lovely terraces and beer garden to rear, varied dinner menu with very good quality food. Lots of free parking. Lovely breakfast, would return.

Landlord and staff were lovely and the food in the dining room was really nice. Great choice for breakfast and dog friendly. Pub was really busy Friday afternoon/early evening and is a popular place. The rooms were clean and spacious and ours was big enough to put a pop up puppy pen in.
