"The manager and staff were super friendly. The only issue was a guest who smoked at the entrance to the hotel. This made it difficult to check out of my room. My sister passed, along with other issues. When dealing with certain guests who feel privileged to move as they feel is unacceptable. Employees should be trained on how to handle all situations, especially when a designated smoking area is located away from the hotel entrance. I have serious health issues with cigarette smoke. "
