"Lovely cottage, very clean, warm & cosy. Nice welcome pack on arrival, bread, butter, tea, coffee, OJ, milk, etc. Nice size secure garden for my two dogs. A little confusing to find at first, postcode stops you further down the road but the instructions from owner how to carry on are quite clear.Only downside for me was it being on a fairly busy country road, not mentioned in the listing, so it wasn't possible to take my dogs for just a local walk in the area and nearest dog walking area was 3...

"We loved this short stay with our extended family. Very well equipped and something for everyone, young and old. Very clean, loads of space and lots of facilities. Loved the enclosed paddock area for the dog and some good walks nearby. The outdoor seating areas are excellent. It would have been good to know in advance that there wasn't a cafetiere in the kitchen or shower gel in the bathrooms especially as the place was so well stocked but this is a simple update of the property details. ...

"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."

"Beautiful character property, I was taking my elderly parents to visit friends and relatives in the area, I also had my 12 year old son and our young dog with us and it was a perfect space for all. Very clean and tidy, lovely bed linens and wonderful outside space for the dog. "

"Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again."

"We booked Oak Cottage as it had a great location. It was very peaceful there but also gave easy access to places to eat and shops. The cottage was well equipped and the kitchen wanted for nothing.Inside the cottage was spacious and well furnished. Plenty of comfy beds in the three bedrooms.Even outside the patio had comfy sofas to sit out in the evening.We intend to go back soon Would recommend this cottage to anyone who likes a peaceful location with easy access to all the amenities that...
