Penthouse paradise!

We felt warmly welcomed by Lisa even before we arrived. And her warm welcome continued after (the easy and remote) check-in. The home is lovely - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The location is just wonderful for beach access, nature and town walks, dining and shopping. The entire experience was superb and we will definitely return.

The two bedroom “penthouse” is nicely furnished & fully appointed with all the necessities; absolutely gorgeous views from front deck, living/dining room, & even the bedroom. Lisa is an excellent host, & we would love to stay here again on our next trip to Mendocino.

The best vacation rental in Mendocino!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Mendocino Village. It has incredible views, the perfect location, a great layout, and plenty of books and games to pass the time -- and it's pet-friendly! We also appreciated how clean the unit was. It's nice to see that the owners really care about providing a first-rate experience. We'll definitely be back!

One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in!

My partner, myself, and our baby dog stayed for 3 nights at the Penthouse and it was simply perfect. We had asked for a slightly early check in, and without us even texting to remind them that day, Lisa texted with an update and the earlier time. The place was immaculate, and you could not ask for a better view or location. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy the Penthouse again. We loved it so much!

My husband and I love staying here (our 2nd time). It's a beautifully decorated, clean and well-stocked property. It's in the best location, right in downtown Mendocino, with easy access to all the shops. The best part is the large, wraparound deck with views of the headlands and ocean. We spent most of our time on the deck. It's also easy to hike around and even go down to a small, but quiet beach. The owner is very accommodating and wants the guests to have fun. We'll definitely be back again, along with our two small dogs!

Fantastic stay!!

Lisa is a most gracious host and has taken care of every detail you could ask for! This place is stocked! Felt just like home!! Extremely clean and a homey welcoming feel. Upon check in were were met with snacks, a bottle of wine, fresh flowers and a sweet welcome note The property is in the perfect location with amazing views from the front deck. Stunning views!

My husband and I have been to the Mendocino area many times and we were so happy to have found this little gem. This was our second time staying at the penthouse and will always be our “go to” when we come back. Not only are the views and location perfection but the home is warm and inviting and Lisa is the best host! She always makes us feel so welcomed and special (it was a birthday celebration). My husband and I cooked two of the three nights we were there and the kitchen was fully stocked with very nice cookware and all the utensils we needed. The penthouse is bliss, offering a quiet, peaceful and very scenic space❤️

I really want to keep this treasure a secret...but it's not fair to the wonderful owners.

Lovely Lisa. We stay in Mendocino a couple of times a year, sometimes at BnBs but this Penthouse is so beautiful we hope it will be available as our very favorite. Very comfortable and stylish and spotlessly clean and well maintained. The views are stunning and it's so great to be right in the village and walk to everything. We didn't meet the landlady but she was there for us, and welcomed us with a beautiful tray of goodies. Everything for our comfort was provided. Thank you lovely Lisa and we hope to be back soon.

Fantastic!

This was our first stay at a VRBO and it was fantastic. Lisa was wonderful. The location was wonderful and the apartment was phenomenal. Lisa was attentive to our needs but also respectful of our privacy and independence. The apartment is in walking distance to all of downtown Mendocino. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The apartment has cable/dish TV, which I do not think is mentioned in the amenities, but was an important feature for our family. The WiFi was great; helped me stay on top of my business while on vacation. The attention to detail in this home was amazing. It has everything you need to cook and feel at home....even facial tissues, which is always something I am searching for when I travel. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, and cocktail making and drinking materials. Thank you Lisa for making our first VRBO experience so wonderful!

Best view in Mendocino

This is our second time at the Penthouse, and it just a lovely property. It is on Main Street, on the second (and third) floors of a building near the entrance to the Mendocino headlands. The deck and front windows overlook Mendocino Bay and the views are gorgeous at any time, in any weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, there is a fun music room / library / Tv room upstairs, there is plenty of space for a larger group though we are only two. The property manager, Lisa, is so helpful and very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Lisa is an amazing host, very kind and very easy to contact. House is amazing and perfectly located in Mendocino. Access to Mendo Cliff Trails is literally across the street.
