"We had a wonderful stay at this location. The host was responsive, and provided the property details very timely. He welcomed us with some muffins, bananas, coffee, and bottled water which was very much appreciated. The place was very spacious with the bedrooms upstairs and the living space downstairs which was really nice so that the people who were up didn't disturb those that were sleeping. "This townhome is a gem! It is impeccably clean and very well stocked. Much larger than it looks in the photos. Aneta has a brilliant attention to detail & decorating and she was easy to connect with & very responsive. We spent 2 nights here for a girlfriends getaway and wanted to be near hiking trails and the outdoors. This was the perfect spot. It is also super quiet & relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Great place with all the necessities. Quiet and relaxing place. Great communication with Robert. Easy access. The Grand Bear Resort has a nice little mini golf, corn hole and outdoor bar area which was nice to hang out with friends and family. Starved Rock Park was a quick drive. Utica was a cute little town with many good food options. Would recommend staying here - and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"At first glance, this neat little two bedroom ranch style home, looked like it would fit our needs perfectly. We stayed two nights. "First, let me say this is not a cabin. The listing was a bit misleading if you are expecting a cabin, this is a townhome. That being said, it was lovely! Overall clean and well kept. The only thing we didn't use was the whirlpool tub as it didn't look clean. If you plan to do any cooking, the supplies are pretty basic (no baking sheets) but for stovetop cooking we were all set. None of that is said to dissuade people just to be informative. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"
