"The hotel is good, the room and the view are amazing. The stuff is great. Only one disappointment - my jumper shrunk during the laundry. They washed it according to the recommendation but drying is standard and very hot. To be fair the stuff tried to help, even late at night, which is really appreciated. They took it back and tried to stretch which worked but only temporarily, it shrunk again later. "

"It is a great Hotel, just don't know why refrigerator was empty. Great breakfast, only problem I had was at the Bar/Restaurant, I ordered a medium rare steak and got a well done stake, I was in a hurry and had no time for them to make me another one. My wife had a Salmon that was really, but quote overpriced... Great city view."

"Friendly and helpful desk staff. Helped us with winery tours and recommendations that were very good. There are very many good restaurants in walking distance and very safe walking at all times. First night no hot water which was a little inconvenient but was rectified by the morning. Breakfast area is well maintained and food selection was very good."

"Magnificent room. Wonderful bed. Why wre we charged a bottle of water? Dining room, Sunday, added items to the bill we did not order and did not provide the dishes we did order. Breakfast was superb."

"The hotel was great staff and service was top notch. The only thing that was not well equipped was the fitness/gym area. Would be good to expand it a little bit and add more equipment for people travelling. Or have a deal with local club for passes while people stay there."

"I like the location, its service, very friendly. I didn't like the location of the lobby, the ticket desk is located on the second floor, it is not signposted, the elevators do not always work correctly, you get lost until you know the place."
