Nice spacious room, not super lux. Breakfast is complete buffet you can order eggs with your server. Great to have before your adventures. It’s an older building but nice and good value.

Hotel envelhecido, ar condicionado nunca funcionou, cobraram uma garrafa de água a mais, mesmo sem tomarmos, café da manhã precisa melhorar muito (mezzaluna muito ruim, café muito mal feito). Cadeira do quarto 201 com as pernas quebradas, podem causar um acidente. Toalhas muito puídas e antigas, com manchas preocupantes. Dispenser de sabão líquido não funcionava. Localização privilegiada, colchão e travesseiros excelentes. O Staff é cordial. O problema pode ser resolvido com investimento para atualização dos detalhes que fazem a diferença.

El servicio terrible, el día anterior a irme dejé en la cafetería alrededor de las 19 hs unos cubos que se congelan para retirarlos a la mañana siguiente. El salir el dia 23-02 a las 5 AM dado que me iba al aeropuerto pregunte en la recepción y no encontraron los los cubos que la persona de la cafetería el día 22 al dejarlo me dijo que lo iba a etiquetar con el número de habitación, no tuvieron capacidad para hacer algo tan sencillo como eso, obviamente fui varias veces a este hotel pero luego de esto NO VOLVERÍA

A rede NH é uma das minhas favoritas no mundo. O Hotel de Mendoza é bem localizado mas precisa de retrofit pois está antiquado para o padrão da rede. O atendimento é bom. Os preço não é justificado pelo que é ofertado e a cidade oferece opções melhores.

We tried to check-in 2 hours early, but room not available (OK), returned at 3 pm and given a superior room but prebooked a Junior Suite with Terrace. Staff said the superior and junior suite we the same. 3 night stay for two people - one small bottle of water, one coffee and milk sachet for 3 days for two people, but kettle and coffee machine in room. Spoke to staff again at check out and this time they said Expedia canceled our room, but they did their best to find alternative but it wasn't the Junior suite. However, they said Expedia cancelled the room, but I didn't need to pay because they had already received payment for the Junior Suite (but who from ???). I requested 2 bottles of water and two coffee sachets for the room, I was charged twice the cost in the bar downstairs and they wouldn't give me a cost breakdown until after I had paid. There were no bathrobes as advertised, some of the power sockets didn't work. The staff were untruthful about our room, but took our money for other Junior Suite - very unsavoury experience and couldn't recommend.

Todo excelente muy buena ubicación, cerca de zonas comerciales como la Avenida Las Heras y la Avenida San Martín, gran variedad de restaurante. Sin duda volvería!

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento bom, mas o estado de conservação do hotel deixa a deseja. Nos quartos os colchões eram muito velhos. O primeiro quarto solicitamos a troca pois não tinha condição de dormir as molas do colchão dava para sentir nas costas. O piso todo se soltando. Não achei uma boa experiência. O que compensou foi o atendimento dos funcionários.

O hotel precisa de manutenção e reformas. O ar condicionado do quarto é muito barulhento. Fizemos uma reclamação, mas não resolveu, pois o ar condicionado é antigo. A TV fica muito distante da cama e portanto pequena para a proporção. Não há tomadas na cabeceira. O café da manhã possui os itens básicos, mas merecia um pouco mais de cuidado, o queijo ficava ressecado e chegava a ficar com pontas secas. Os pães não são bons, são industrializados e não parecem frescos.

Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator company for 3 wine tastings and gourmet lunch. Don't hesitate. This was a great tour ❤️
