Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows.
Heat is not controlled by room thermostat.
Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK
Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb."

"The housekeeper is adorable. She did her best to fix the issues I had in the apartment ( AC not working properly, very poor WiFi, tv same thing…) the apartment itself is raggedy but for the price I think it’ll do."
