Le Petit Vigneau: a fully equipped cottage for 4/5 people.
Set in the former presbytery of delivery carts, it offers 75 m2 of modern comfort in an authentic environment.

It includes on the ground floor on parquet floor:
- a living room with an equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, ...
- a double bedroom with a large bed (160 x 200), closet.
- a shower room with Italian shower

On the floor, on seagrass:
- living room-library with sofa and chaise longue + extra bed

Its main asset? The calm and bucolic atmosphere of this charming village on the banks of Mayenne.

In addition, you will enjoy the Spa du Vigneau.
This wellness area is on site, at the Presbytère du Vigneau where we offer bed and breakfast.

Je dirai quand même que l'annonce n'est pas complète, logement situé à côté de l'église donc réveil à 8h et le logement est en zone blanche niveau réseau, très compliqué de passer des appels Piscine agréable et propriétaires toujours à l'écoute

Séjour dépaysant

Située proche de la rivière Mayenne, au pied de l'église dans un village accueillant. Un secteur très calme et dévoilant un potentiel de visites surprenant. Un logement de qualité avec tout le confort, nous laissant profiter de la piscine chauffée, pour des moments délassant.

Disappointing

On arrival Anne told us she would be leaving the next day and checked that we wouldn’t want to use the spa or pool. I explained that these are what had attracted us to the property. Anne hastily arranged access to the spa with a neighbour. This would have meant us tracking down the neighbour to make a reservation then traipsing through their cluttered storerooms to get to the spa. Anne has since said that I should have made reservations for the spa before arriving although their information does not specify how far in advance reservations have to be made. Anne then gave us a lesson in using the pool vacuum cleaner- not something we expected to have to do on our holiday. On checking the pool my husband found it in an unappealing state with numerous patches of green algae and floating debris ( it needed more than a vacuum!) The photos on line must have been taken a while ago as it’s nowhere near as immaculate now. The pétanque area was surrounded by weeds and we spied dog mess(?) and cigarettes ends outside the cottage. The link Anne had sent us prior to our holiday had said that they could (for additional cost) provide breakfast and lunch. Obviously as no one was going to be there this was not possible which was a disappointment. We politely explained to Anne that things we not as we had expected. She graciously apologised and agreed a refund. We left within an hour of arriving.

Two glorious weeks at Menil

We had a wonderful stay in the gite at the presbytere in menil. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped to a very high standard. Our hosts, Anne & Dominique were very welcoming, and attentive, catering to all our needs. We would thoroughly recommend the property to anyone. The only criticism we could make was that the internet connection was rather inconsistent, but this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We hope to return to the Presbytere in the future, and enjoy the five star accommodation.

Un gîte très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte d'Anne et Dominique. Le gîte est grand (parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants), moderne et tres bien équipé. Il est situé dans un cadre exceptionnel au bord de la Mayenne. Le jardin avec la piscine est également tres appréciable. Encore un grand merci à Anne et Dominique pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour.

Idyllischen Frankreich Atmosphäre, freundliche Besitzern, schönes Haus mit Pool

Dominique und Anne haben mich und meine Familie sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Hütte, die wir gebucht haben war sehr gut vorbereitet, sauber und funktionell. Wir verfügen über zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, modernes Bad und Küche. Wir haben die Möglichkeit innerhalb (und außerhalb des hauses beim gutem Wetter) unserer Mahlzeiten zu genießen, die Kinder schwimmen gerne im Pool, genießen die besondere Atmosphäre rund um sehr alten Gebäuden und Kirche. Zu den Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten fuhren wir außerhalb Mènil - mit dem Auto 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Chàteu Gontier, 50 Minuten zum Anger. Wir fanden alles was wir braucht im Haus und genossen unsere kurze Urlaub.

Les Hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. La location est très agréable , très bien équipée. Les habitants du village sont très sympathiques également.
