"house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick."

"Die Zimmer waren muffig und nicht sauber. Der Pool ist nur über ein schmales Fenster über das Badezimmer zugänglich. Die angebotene Küche war nicht gereinigt und der Kühlschrank kaputt. Wir wussten nicht, wie der Abfall entsorgt werden soll und mussten ihn daher zentral sammeln. Insgesamt war die Gruppe über den Zustand der Wohneinheit enttäuscht!"

"The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. "Great location , 5 minutes walk to city center and beach. House is nice and works well for a family of 4 with grownup children. The outdoor area connected to the kitchen is the highlight of the building. A lot of different equipment is available, we enjoyed the bikes, did not spend time in the gym."

La maison est spacieuse, très aérée même quand il fait chaud, et la vue du salon et de la terrasse est magnifique sur la mer, Roquebrune et Menton. Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. Sophia nous a également très bien accueilli et le séjour a été parfait."
