Unique cabin with high standard, view, ski-in/out located at the top of Fagerlia

Trilodge is an exclusive cabin with high standards, designed for a luxurious experience. With large living room windows and a terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Fagerlia and Meråker, featuring impressive mountains like Fonnfjellet, Mannfjellet, and Fongen in the background.

Located at the top of Fagerlia cabin area, the cabin offers free private parking in the garage and outdoors, as well as ski in/ski out facilities for both alpine and cross-country skiing. Leave your car securely parked until the day of departure and immerse yourself in the comfort and beauty of "Trilodge."

When entering the cabin's entrance, you are greeted by a spacious hallway with a sliding door wardrobe and a stylish design staircase with LED lighting leading to the second floor. The first floor's hall has tiled floors with heating and provides access to the cabin's main bedroom, one bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a seating bench with a view towards Kirkebyfjellet.

On the second floor, the staircase leads directly to the kitchen, which has an open layout with the living room. Large windows offer panoramic views of Fagerlia and Meråker with mountains in the background. Both the living room and kitchen feature underfloor heating. From the living room, you also have access to the cabin's second high-standard bathroom with underfloor heating. The TV area in the living room includes a 3-seater and a 2-seater sofa, along with a seating bench. Between the living room and kitchen stands a dining table with seating for up to 8 people.

From the living room, you can also enter the cabin's "winter garden," a covered and glass-framed area suitable for outdoor enjoyment throughout the year. The winter garden is equipped with lounge furniture, an infrared heat lamp, and a music system (Sonos).

On the second floor, just outside the bathroom, you'll find another design staircase leading up to the cabin's fourth bedroom (loft). Here, it is furnished with a sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed. The loft also features a TV with Xbox for children and teenagers.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire cabin, garage, outdoor areas, and all the amenities Trilodge has to offer. Completely private.

Other things to note:
The cabin is equipped with smart controls for heating and lighting, but manual overrides are available through regular wall switches. This also applies to sun shading. Most floors have heating, excluding the two smallest bedrooms and the loft.

Guests may need to clear some snow themselves during winter. The access road to the cabin and its parking is regularly plowed, but there might be snow around the entrance door and terrace at times.

As a guest, it's crucial to park sensibly to allow the snowplow access to the driveway. If necessary, the parking space near the cabin can be used temporarily to make room for snow removal.

Meråker Alpin Center nearby offers ski equipment rental for alpine skiing. Unfortunately, there's no rental option for cross-country skiing, so guests need to bring their own equipment.

In certain cases, we allow guests to bring pets (dogs, cats), but this must be arranged in advance. We reserve the right to decline requests with animals that we are not comfortable with.
