The 4 bed family room we booked and had paid didnt exist when we arrived. It was late in the evening an we where offered a double room with an extra bed instead. This even if the sisterhotel next to this (where the check-in was) had an avaliable room for four persons. Very bad stay, the wifi didnt work, the schampoo/shower cream was empty in the room. No compensation offered from the hotel.

The owner had the front gate locked, which required entry on our own. The front door call button rang without any answer, the entry door was locked, and the phone also went unanswered. I was forced to find other last minute accommodations. When I contacted the property via Expedia, I was told no refund because they were waiting for me. Do not stay here!

Lite hotell ved sentrum

Lite hotel i gå avstand fra sentrum. Hotellet ligger langs veien så noe støy er det, det var ikke veldig plagsomt. Vi fant lett gratis parkering langs veien ved hotellet. Frokost var enkel og god noe for alle. Rommet var stort og hadde egen balkong noe vi likte.

Kleines Hotel in Zentrumsnähe

Wir waren spontan für einen Kurzurlaub in Meran. Das gebuchte Refugio unter dem Dach war gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Zimmer für die beiden Einzelbetten war vorhanden. Das Frühstück war überraschend umfangreich und reichlich.

Tip Top, wenn man nur bis 06:30 schlafen will.

Zentral, sauber, herzlich, Sauna, Whirlpool zum super Preis. Leider sehr viel Lärm von der Strasse, vom Hausinnern und Umgebung. Bei der Renovation hätte man noch die Fenster und Türen machen sollen. Aber trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sogar Glutenfreie Produkte. Zimmer genau wie auf den Fotos.

Lovely city with plenty of biking or trails to be walked. Trains plentiful to outlying villages. Garni Betty a welcoming comfortable place to stay close to the town centre
