Looking forward to next stay here!

The personal attention and detail to the customer experience was superb. The staff was very friendly and caring, kind and easily approachable. The rooms were clean, functional and spacious. The accommodation process was easy and simple. The food choice and option, both for dinner and breakfast were carefully catered. Ratio of charge for service was very fair and optimal.

Hervorragendes Frühstück und Service, sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, Tirolpass inklusive ermöglicht kostenlose Nutzung ÖPNV, Auto muss nicht bewegt werden, da Bushaltestelle um die Ecke (Bus 15 min. zur Innenstadt), fußläufig zu den Trautmannsdorfer Gärten, Hotel unbedingt zu empfehlen, Meran und Umland hat tollen ÖPNV

Leider ist die Woche viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen. Die Zeit war sehr erholsam und die Familie Verdorfer hat einen ganz großen Anteil daran gehabt. Gerne empfehle ich diese gastliche Pension mit allen Belangen weiter und werde schon bald wieder dort sein.

Entspannter Aufenthalt, bei dem es an nichts fehlt

Sehr schöne Familienpension mit allem was man braucht. Es sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt im Garten einen Pool und Möglichkeiten entspannt zu lesen oder in der Sonne zu liegen. Erwähnenswert ist auch das leckere Frühstück, bei dem nichts fehlt. Bei den meisten Zimmern hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick.

Das war ein rundum guter Besuch. Das Haus modern, bestens gepflegt, blitzblank, großes Zimmer. Die Besitzerfamilie unglaublich nett…wir hatten praktisch sofort das Gefühl, Stammgäste zu sein. Der Hammer kam am kommenden Morgen: das Frühstück! Meine Partnerin braucht glutenfreies Brot. Normalerweise bekommt man in Hotels 3-4 glutenfreie Produkte. Hier waren es mindestens 10, die bereits an unserem mit einem Namen beschrifteten Tisch standen. Das Frühstücksbuffet findet man in dieser Reichhaltigkeit in kaum einem der großen Hotels. So viel Auswahl, alles hochwertige und sehr leckere Produkte….ich esse normalerweise morgens nur ein Brötchen…hier nicht. Wir sind bestens gestärkt in den Tag aufgebrochen und sind uns sicher, dass wir hier nicht zu letzten Mal waren.

Hier fühlt man sich wie Zuhause. Das Frühstück ist super frisch umfangreich und lässt den Tag perfekt beginnen. Sehr viel hausgemachtes mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel, tolle Aussicht, umgeben von Weinbergen. Wirklich tolles Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem riesigen Balkon, allerdings war das Badezimmer ein wenig zu eng.
