"Great stay - the manager met me in the morning before official check in time to allow us to get on with our day. The room itself is large, well kept, and modern. Very comfortable for two. Location is fabulous - it's right outside a main bus stop with several connections to Old Town. We never waited for a bus on either side and the side was approx 5 mins. If I come back to Dubrovnik, I would love to stay here again."

"Truly wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, modern and elegant inside. Parking was included which was great, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast choice was so amazing. Lovely spa area though gym too small. "

"This guest house is located in between the old town and the main bus station. There is a bus stop nearby but only for one way transportation with much less frequency. I basically everyday walk up or down many stairs to the nearby main street to catch the bus. If you don't mind climbing these many stairs, this guest house is a good choice to stay. The owner has a quiet front and backyard with multiple fruit trees. Room is a little small but enough to turn around. Washroom is shared but been kept tidy. A nice place."

"We stayed in Villa Kate for 4 nights in the top floor balcony room. The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a shortcut to the main road on our first night. From the main road, you can walk or take a bus to either side of Dubrovnik with ease, and the buses are very frequent. The room itself was very nice, with ample storage, a good view, great bathroom facilities and effective aircon. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!"

"The hotel has its own reserved parking lots in the basement. It is 5 miles away from the old town, but the bus stop is 1 1-minute walk from the hotel. The room is clean. "
