"Large house with all facilities in an unexpected nice and hilly environment with great views over the country!"

"Excellent location within 100 metres of the beach with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely garden setting where we enjoyed daily breakfast. Our only criticism is the lack if a dishwasher ( and no plug for the sink) and no wineglasses, but overall a great place to enjoy a beach stay ."

"Andrea has such a beautiful oasis that he has tended to with much love and care. The house is so special and spacious. It has everything you need. The view is unbeatable and allows for you to completely unplug. We were there for two weeks and were so warmly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and loads of good information to fill our week. We even had a dental emergency and Andrea helped us get an immediate appointment with a great dentist. Anything we needed we got. The sauna was the cherry on...

"The house was great. A big house with a really pleasant outside sitting area and a dining table. We ate outside every night that we ate in. But the best thing about the trip was Cecilia. So she spoke to a chemist for me when I had some toothache. And she helped us so much with a hire car. It really helps having a local on your side and she was just so very helpful."

"Wir haben die Zeit in dem Appartement sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er hat alle Fragen immer zügig beantwortet. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden."

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt 🤩"

"Logement bien fait. Étonnant. Mais manque de confort. Le lit est très petit pour un couple et aucun fauteuil confortable pour se poser et lire. La table en pierre avec la belle vue est beaucoup plus haut dans le village (56 marches) donc impossible de s’y installer pour dîner ! En plus il y a beaucoup de passage. Nous sommes très exposés aux touristes qui passent devant nous. Pour une ou deux nuits ok mais pas plus. Les alentours sont beaux."

Dom jest piękny, stylowo urządzony, bardzo zadbany, przestronna jadalnia i kuchnia, w pełni wyposażona. Basen jest prawdziwa atrakcją dla dorosłych i dzieci. Dom położony w jest, w urokliwym miejscu, gdzie można zupełnie odpocząć od życia codziennego i poczuć kojącą naturę. Bardzo polecamy!!!"

"Waren 10 Tage mit unserem Hund in Bulciano und haben die Natur und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß als wir dort waren, aber im Haus und im Garten fand sich immer ein kühler Platz zum ausruhen. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, und der Hund konnte ungestört laufen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber für uns ausreichend. In der Umgebung gibt es kleine Städte zum erkunden und einige Ausflugsziele. Es war ein schöner Urlaub"

"La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene."
