Welcome to this beautiful recently remodeled home situated on Majestic E 21st Street! Warm, spacious, and cozy decor throughout will make you feel at home instantly, there's lots of parking & huge lot. Some homes on this block date back to the 1920's, you'll have a lovely view from the front porch with your coffee, taking a leisurely walk to enjoy the architecture, or to historic Rollen Donuts around the corner (you cannot leave Merced without trying a glazed doughnut or maple bar!)
You'll be within 5 minutes of beautiful downtown Merced with shopping, salons, restaurants, wine & Tapas bar, movie theater, museum, etc... You're also a few minutes from Hwy 99 and 2 hours from Yosemite National Park. People come from all over the world to visit Yosemite, it's iconic and a breathtaking site. There are biking and walking trails, parks, shopping, more salons and restaurants, Lake Yosemite in North Merced, along with Merced College and UC Merced. This property is a gem, you will love it. There are exterior cameras with audio and video surveillance.
