We were checked in and walked to our room by one of the employees and the view was amazing. We felt very safe as there was security monitoring who came in and out of the building. "The communication is terrible. If the same person doesn't reply, they do not read the previous chain, so you get a completely different answer. For example, an early check in was offered for a fee. I accepted it, but the new responder said no. The apartment is nice. But it is next to the elevator, so you have noisy people, kids and dogs at all hours. There was also loud music coming from the courtyard until 3am one night I complained, but the response was as if I was facing the street, and it...
