"Very welcoming staff, essentially located hotel with parking right outside"

"The room was clean and tidy but very tired. Bathroom tiled floor needed to putting right. Gaps where there should have been grout and exposing tile edges which can be sharp. The lift wasn't working so for a couple of pensioners a room on the second floor wasn't the best. Breakfast came a poor second against a premier inn. Evening meal to a very high standard and hat off to the chef who prepared the lamb dish."

"Food was the best I've tasted in a long time, buffet breakfast was amazing. So much choice and all completely fresh. Staff were superb, couldn't do enough and went above and beyond. Hotel was gorgeous, unfortunately though we never got a chance to go in the pool or spa. Room was nice, nothing special. Downside to the room for us was the bed. It was a very firm mattress so just too hard for us, we didnt sleep great the 3 nights we stayed. However despite the bed we will 100% stay here again just the the fact everything else was amazing."

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s very handy for the Conference Centre and centre of Harrogate with all its restaurants etc. The lady that checked us in was lovely and helpful. It was very handy to have a car parking space. Unfortunately, those are all the nice things I have to say. Our room was up many awkward flights of stairs and wasn’t worth the climb. It was tiny, the bed was small and uncomfortable leading to a poor night’s sleep which may account for the tone of my review. The bathroom tap fired water through the door and all over the bedroom carpet and the clothes of anyone standing in the way. The shower had to be repaired before we could use it. Everything was a little tired."
