"This was our third stay at this home. The accommodations were everything we were looking for; for a quiet, relaxing getaway. There were some updates/renovations since our last visit but it is still a nice little hideaway. Like I've said in a previous review. The bed is newer, but extremely firm. Too firm for my back. So we bring a foam mattress pad to put on the bed; an easy fix. Bren has been the perfect hostess all three visits and has made them great experiences. "

"We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean."

"The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic."
