"Premièrement, on a choisi l'hôtel pour la piscine, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau dedans. Ensuite on est arrivé il n'y avait personne de l'agence, on a vue des voisins et on a récupéré le numéro du concierge qui c'est occupé de tout, mais le personnel n'était pas au courant. Ensuite, les chambres étaient belles avec une belle vue sur la mer mais pas de serviettes, pas de papier toilettes. "
