Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

"Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

"Wonderful Clean hotel with lovely spa. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. A big shout out to the ski rental below the hotel who had your skis put outside for you each morning and were there to collect them to put them in storage for the night at the end of the day. Lovely bar staff as well and waiting staff in the restuarant. The food was outstanding as well. All freshly cooked. We will be back!"

"We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel bar was the perfect place for a hang out either apres ski or at night. My family definitely plans on coming back! "Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"
